Charles K. Hankins Custom Homes Inc. was formed in 2000 by Charles Kevin Hankins. After partnering two other successful custom home building companies, and years of management experience with two large home builders, Charles Hankins decided to follow his own dream of excellence and start a company that was backed by his own name. Charles brings over 20 years of experience to the home building industry and continues to build beautiful, quality homes at affordable prices. |

In high school, Charles got a taste of what it was like to build homes when he enrolled in a home-building construction program offered at Winston Churchill High School. From that day on, he knew what his life's dream would be. Working his way through college as a framer, he then signed on with San Antonio's largest builder and eventually moved on to one of the nation's largest homebuilders. His management positions in Estimating, Purchasing, and Land Development taught Charles what he needed to know about the proper structure of a home building organization. Since then, he has been actively building everything from earth shelters to large custom homes and has formed a long list of happy homeowners. |
